Parents & guardians
THE FAMILY
GAME PLAN.
Program details, registration, and the information to review before your athlete steps on court.
Start with the right program
Explore camps, skill sessions, and teams, then contact Splash Bay to confirm the current age group, availability, venue, dates, and coach. An inquiry or account does not reserve a place.
Before you pay
Get the full price, any recurring charges, equipment or tournament costs, cancellation deadline, and refund terms for your specific program in writing. Ask how missed sessions, illness, injury, weather, and organizer cancellations are handled. Read cancellation & refund information.
Registration is for parents and guardians
An adult parent or legal guardian should manage registration for a minor. Splash Bay’s registration invitation opens Clubicus, a separate service with its own account and privacy notices. This public website does not create athlete accounts or take payments.
- Confirm the program and cost with Splash Bay.
- Read the terms, privacy information, and refund information before submitting details or paying.
- Ask for the program’s participation agreement, required safety information sheets, emergency-contact process, and any medical authorization or waiver. Complete applicable documents through the process Splash Bay provides before participation.
- Keep a copy of your registration documents, receipt, and confirmed schedule.
Do not email birth certificates, insurance cards, payment-card details, or medical records in an initial inquiry. Ask which secure registration process is appropriate. Review any photo permission or marketing choice separately from participation documents.
The button opens an external website. Following it does not sign a waiver, give photo permission, or subscribe you to messages.
Before the first session
- Confirm the correct gym address, arrival time, check-in location, and authorized pickup arrangements.
- Ask what footwear, clothing, water, and equipment to bring, and whether any items are restricted.
- Discuss accessibility needs or accommodations with Splash Bay in advance; share sensitive details only through an agreed private process.
- Make sure the program has current emergency contacts and any information it needs to support safe participation.
- Ask the session leader about emergency procedures, the location of the AED, supervision, and how schedule changes are communicated.
Do not leave a child before checking in with the responsible adult. If plans change or you will be late for pickup, contact the session leader directly.
