Photography at programs

Ask the program leader about photography rules and available photo-permission choices before an event. Review any media release separately, including where images may appear. Reading this website, following a registration link, or contacting Splash Bay does not itself give permission to use your or your child’s image.

Sharing responsibly

Before posting a photo of another child, obtain appropriate parent or guardian permission and follow venue rules. Do not publish a child’s contact details, school, private schedule, health information, or other sensitive personal information. Never photograph changing areas or use photography to embarrass or harass someone.

Photo or copyright concerns

To identify an image on this website or discuss a permission concern, email hartley@thesplashbay.com with the page link, a description of the image, and a way to reach you. Explain your relationship to the image without sending identity documents or a child’s private details in your initial message. Splash Bay may need further information to assess the request.

For an urgent child-protection concern, use the external reporting contacts. Email is not an emergency service.

Reusing website material

Publicly visible photos and logos are not automatically free to reuse. Contact Splash Bay about permission before using site material in your own advertising or publications.
