Public website notice updated September 10, 2026
Who to contact
Splash Bay’s published business policy identifies its operator as Splash Bay Inc, at 717 29th St, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266. Privacy questions can be directed to hartley@thesplashbay.com or 310-699-8346.
Scope of this notice
This page explains the public information website at splash-bay-next.nickhoward90245.chatgpt.site. The full Splash Bay privacy policy separately describes the organization’s account, registration, communications, and other service practices. Review that policy and the notice shown in the service you use. This page does not replace it.
What happens when you browse
Pages, images, and fonts are delivered by the website’s hosting infrastructure. Serving a page requires technical information such as an IP address and request details. Hosting providers may process operational logs for delivery, reliability, and security under their own service practices.
The public site has no account system, contact form, file-upload tool, payment form, advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or embedded social feeds. Its code does not store visitor details in cookies or browser storage, or send browsing data to advertising services. See cookies & tracking for details and browser choices.
When you contact Splash Bay
Email, text, and telephone links open an app on your device; you choose whether to send or call. If you contact Splash Bay, your contact details and anything you choose to share are received through the relevant communication service so your inquiry can be handled. Provide only what is needed for the question. Do not send financial credentials, identity documents, or health records in an initial inquiry.
Registration and purchases
Registration links lead to Clubicus. Shopping links lead to Splash Bay’s Squarespace store. Those services may collect account, purchase, or participation information and have separate notices and choices. Review them before providing data. This public website does not process payments or maintain athlete registration records.
Children and parents
The registration journey is directed to adult parents and guardians. Children should ask a parent or guardian to make an inquiry or register. This public website does not offer child accounts or invite children to submit personal details. If you believe a child’s information was submitted improperly, contact Splash Bay using the privacy contact above. Merely using a parent registration link is not verifiable parental consent.
Requests and choices
You may contact Splash Bay to ask about information held about you or your child, request access, correction or deletion, or raise a concern about a photo. Relevant verification and exceptions may apply. The full business policy describes its request-handling commitments and California rights. For information held by a separate provider, use that provider’s privacy process as well.
Retention and security
This public website has no visitor-account database. Retention of messages, registration records, and hosting logs depends on the applicable service and business practices; see the full policy or ask Splash Bay for details. Avoid sending more information than necessary. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Updates
Changes to this public website notice will be dated here. The full business policy describes how changes affecting other Splash Bay services are communicated.
